After working most of his life in the kitchens of friends, families, clients, caterers and restaurants across the country, he has developed a creative approach to many cuisines. 15 years of military service has taught him to solve problems as an individual, leader, and a team member. His values, as a person and as a chef, strengthen the communities in which he is invested.
